Our standard 3-inch by 36-inch Aluminum Post and Base Kits are used to support traditional baluster railings as well as Vertical Cable panels. Assembly is fast and easy, as our kits include one post with pre-installed base plate, post cap, and base plate cover. Can be installed on wood, composite, or masonry surfaces. Post-to-deck mount screws/anchors are sold separately.

Important Notes:
- Actual post size = 3in x 3in x 38.25in (7.6 cm x 7.6 cm x 97.2 cm)
- Deck Applications: 36-inch posts are used for 36-inch systems. 42-inch posts are used for 42-inch systems.
- Stair Applications: 42-inch posts are required for middle/bottom stair posts when installing a 36-inch system. 48-inch posts are required for middle/bottom stair posts when installing a 42-inch system.
