You'll never have to worry about our vinyl garden products as each has a worry-free warranty. All garden products are covered by the manufacturer's non-pro-rated lifetime warranty except the following:

What Does The Warranty Cover?
Any defects in materials and workmanship.

How Long Will The Warranty Be Effective?
For 20 years of hte original owner of the real estate upon which this product is used.

Who Can Make A Claim?
Only the original purchasing owner. Proof of purchase must be provided. This warranty is not transferrable.

What Is Not Covered By This Warranty?

• Damage caused by failure to comply with UltraLast Architectural Classics installation guidelines, by faulty installation, improper application, or in violation of codes or restrictions.
• Damage attributable to fire, violent storms, earthquakes, ground movement or any other casualties; or to exposure of atmospheric pollutants or conditions other than natural weathering processes.
• Damage or discolouration due to misuse, abuse, imporoper storage, impact of objects, or to the alteration of the product by applied heat or welding, by contact with solvents, epoxies, paints, chemicals or other substances; or by other physical or material alterations.
• Color fading that occurs over time due to normal weathering.
• Any materials not manufactured or supplied by UltraLast Architectural Classics.
• Cost of installation, removal, labour, freight and similar related costs.
• Any incidental or consequential damages.

How Long Will The Warranty Be Effective?
20 Years.

What does the 20-year warranty cover?
If the vinyl should ever discolor, peel, rot, pit, blister, warp, rust, flake, crack, corrode, or be damaged by insects, it would be replaced by the factory.

What is a limited warranty?
That simply means that the warranty covers specific quality and durability issues and the product is not covered should it be abused.

Is the warranty still good if you're out of business?
The specific manufacturer issues your product warranty. These are large national companies with many years in business. Although it is possible that they could go out of business, it's not likely, particularly since they are all growing at an average rate of 30% per year.
